The data entry pilot project will give us the knowledge to come up with a firm and guaranteed quote and assess exactly how long it will take us to complete the project.

All we require to carry out a pilot project is an accurate description of the project and 20 to 30 sample pages of the data.  Please, don't forget to include any pertinent information such as database structure, fields and their length, software to be used for data entry and the manner in which the bulk of the data will be presented to us (CD-ROM, paper, handwritten, etc.).
