Double keyed data entry

To ensure the highest accuracy rates attainable, 99.90% or better, work is keyed and independently verified. The verification process involves data being keyed and then re-keyed while the computer checks for discrepancies between the two passes. When a discrepancy is found, the operator must key the field a third time to enter the correct data. 

Data is keyed to 99.65% accuracy with single pass keying, The data is keyed and always verified by independent operators.  Since our employee turnover rate is less than 5%, operators are fluent in English, and more importantly, our project managers have close to 10 years of experience and work hands-on with the operators to ensure high quality standards and timely completion of each project. 

Double keyed data entry is only necessary when the data is very critical to your organization and it will ensure close to 100% accuracy.
