DataOrient's production facilities
are situated in the Mumbai
(Bombay) area, the commercial capital of India. Our time
zone difference (12 Hours) gives us the strategic
advantage to service customers in the US overnight.
Over the last four years
we have grown from 12 original operators to a team of
about 45
experienced operators. Our facilities are state of
the art with Pentium IV computers on 24 hours broadband access. The office is well
connected with extensive communication facilities with
dedicated data lines for transferring data to our
customers. The network of computers is backed by
peripherals like Cartridge Tape Drives and UPS.
Because of the cyclical nature of the data entry
business we have additional office space in which we are
able to rapidly scale up our operations to up to 95 full
time operators. Additionally, we are capable of
operating three 8 hrs shifts each 24 hours.
We have experience with
online data entry projects and we are able to deploy any
kind of data entry software and customize it to ensure
that we are carrying-out the project in the most rapid
manner.
We have a core team of
Data Entry specialists (each with 7 plus years of
experience) who are adept at managing every aspect of
the operations. Each operator is fluent in English and
has a Bachelor Degree.
